To improve transparency in the procurement process a notice that indicates the award decision is to be made publicly available.
This notice must be published within 30 days of the award on the website designated by the Central Procurement Office (CPO). At < $10K the notice is to be published within 1 year of the award.
The electronic bidding portal is the designated website and contains both the bid opportunities and the past opportunities. The past opportunities section is where the award notices are posted. The site is located here:

To access the site to post your awards, contact the CPO to be set up with a profile.
Instructions for posting award notices both for opportunities that used the electronic portal for distribution of the bids and for those opportunities that were done outside of the portal can be found in the Procurement Journey on the CPO website www.procure.gov.ky under the Tool List here:
