Award information is to include:
- the name of entity;
- the procurement number;
- a brief description of the goods or services being procured;
- the name of the successful bidder;
- the date of contract award; and
- the total contract value.
It is important to remember to post the full valuation of the contract award. For example, if an extension year was an option included in your procurement document then the award notice is to include the estimated cost for both the period of the contract and any option year considered.
If a project has been cancelled, you could add the word *CANCELLED* into the title of the project.
